If customer feedback is welcome to then when someone gives genuine feedback, instead of getting defensive at the customer with a condescending attitude, the employee could just say "thank you for the suggestion I'll see what I can do" or " good idea, I will tell the person responsible for that". Tried to return a couple unopened packages of tenzo - ice cream sandwiches I bought today when I realized the package date said July of 2023 !!! and the budtender said they couldn’t return it because it was on sale and I didn’t have a reciept. Even though I was never told this was a product on sale nor handed a reciept. Scammed outta 70 bucks avoid this place like the black plague my friends.. 90% of their stock is well aged product by some licences producers that haven’t existed in years
I got 3 year old weed and paid over $100 for it. I know there’s no expiration date on cannabis, but it absolutely loses potency. Not cool - guess I always have to check dates from this store now :(
