I went and purchased some rosin with a virtual copy of my ID and BC services app (accepted as legal ID in BC) with no issues. I then returned to the store to pick up some more products and I was denied because I didn’t have valid ID. I tried to explain that yes it is accepted as legal ID in BC but was denied with a smart ass remark. I won’t be coming back. The old guy has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen
I am always welcomed with my dogs be they small or big as long as well behaved with there residents kitty and dogs including a fish Prices and selection are always good and if something not in or there they’re sure to have something comparable or even better…..nice change It’s my favourite store sincerely sweet pea prince and our mom S
