This place is an absolute joke and dangerous. I personally watched the staff sell cannabis to kids who were clearly under 19—no ID check at all, when i asked him why did he serve him wothout ID he said just because they come in every day. But when I roll up, 24-year-old with a full beard looking way older than that, this guy demands my ID and gives me grief for forgetting it once, even though I always show it otherwise. I’ve been a daily customer here for a year because it’s close, but I’m done. Staff are rude—last couple times, the guy got annoyed answering basic menu questions (no extra screens to browse), snapped at me in Hindi to “hurry up,” and kept bringing the wrong products. Their infused pre-rolls are garbage—out of three, only one works, two are duds wasting my money. When I complain, they make excuses instead of fixing it for a loyal customer. Packaged a year ago sold today, crumbles like dust, 3rd time
I had an excellent experience at this cannabis store. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. Prices were fair, and the checkout process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality cannabis and great customer service
It was my first time in this store and it was by far the worst customer service I've ever had in a dispensary. The guy working Tuesday 6th at 530pm was rude, impatient, texting while serving us, and annoyed at having to explain the very complex menu, and seemed annoyed to answer our simple questions despite being the only ones in the store. Who ever owns this location should know this employee is ruining your buisness. -From a concerned cannabis industry professional.
