Owner broke my heart, products too good, prices too low… but refused to marry me.
It's a good store prices are ok wish the disposable vapes I bought here weren't dead when I took them out of package to be told they can't replace them because they where open. I thought maybe just new employee as every other weed store will replace faulty vapes. I tried calling 9 times in the last two days and it rings once and goes right to voicemail.
I had a very disappointing experience at this weed store this week. The customer service was some of the worst I’ve dealt with. The staff came across as uninterested, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking a few simple questions. There was no effort to be welcoming or provide good service, which made the whole visit frustrating. I expected a much better experience, especially from a business that relies on customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this ... read more
