Great customer service friendly and helpful
Very disappointed compared to prior experiences. Dr was literally on the phone for maybe 10 seconds. Clearly I was just a number and he needed to move on to the next number. I am hearing impaired and I asked him for literally a few seconds to adjust my hearing aids. He was rude and unprofessional.
