I went to this store yesterday bought couple of pre rolls the environment was very welcoming i usually like to look around before i make my decision the guys working there understood that great help they were i have a habit of joking around but the guys were good sport and took it in a good faith great help by chev and neer
Before It used to be a great store but now I don’t know from where they hired people and they are not good at all. They don’t know anything about customer service. Too bad. Besides, they are playing Hindi Punjabi song in a Canadian store. How is it possible and why? Not everyone like that. It’s too bad
The in store service is great, however, the website is terrible. The website is consistently wrong with store inventory and half the time I can't complete my online order. It won't go past check out. I have cleared my browsers cache and restarted my ph and no luck. I've been told by staff memebers that the website is glitchy. In this tech era we should not be having these problems.
