Very bad! There's 2 prices, one regular, one elite. Elite is a yearly membership that costs slightly over 30 cad. I couldn't buy the item, cause useless people you pay for no reason said that I actually cannot buy even with regular price until I buy membership which is completely stupid, otherwise they wouldn't mention a regular price if it's an exclusive. I'm not going to canna cabana anymore and I'm telling this story every pothead i know
Unwelcoming atmosphere short of feeling like you’re at the cop shop. They want to ID twice before even speaking to you. Even after confirming your legal age and made two purchases day before. Awful inconsistent staff. I was a regular here and have had no issue purchasing. To ask for ID twice after confirming age is borderline harassment. Very unwelcoming unprofessional atmosphere. Will never shop here again. The shop in the mall is much better staff and vibes
A good place to buy from - good prices with a membership. The only complaint I have is the $35 a month “special” membership, which gives you access only to unremarkable products. It is what it is, the people here are decent folk and the prices are good, can’t ask for much more.
Worst place to buy cannabis downtown Edmonton. I’ve had repeated issues with product quality at Canna Cabana. The pre-rolls/joints often won’t burn evenly or go out repeatedly, and some only burn partway and then stop. That’s basic quality control and it shouldn’t be happening this often. On top of that, the staff needs better training.
