I have been coming to this store for 3 years never had a issue in my life until the other day came in as per usual every couple days or so went to pay forgot my id so I gave my passport turns out it was expired she told me she can’t sell to me I was frustrated but accepted said it was ridiculous and went to grab it and leave no problem the lady on the till then screamed at me very rudley to have a nice day at the top of her lungs as I’m 5 feet away then her colleague decided to chase me out the store as had already left the ... read more
Just showed up at 11AM on a Sunday, they aren’t even open. Says they are open 10-11 everyday but the product isn’t even in the display cases so nobody has been in today and it’s an hour after they are supposed to open. Very dissatisfied with this I don’t know how any respectable business can list hours and not be open during those hours.
Use to be the go to spot but once Kevin left it went downhill so fast the new manager is rude and not helpful at all. Updating my review as per my visit last night Steph is an amazing addition and an absolute gem of a worker
This location has one of the best customer services representatives, and one of the staff that stands out to me is Steph amazing lady, She consistently provides exceptional service by attentively listening to customer concerns, responding with patience and resolving issues efficiently, often receiving praise from other customers for her helpful and friendly demeanour.
