Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I’m extremely upset with how I was treated. The staff were completely unprepared and seemed incompetent in handling my issue. I was overcharged, and although a refund was issued to my credit card, the $200 is now tied up and unusable. They did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation or offer meaningful help. To make things worse, I couldn’t even get the names of the people I spoke with. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Was greeted professionally by Ashley at the door, she helped me purchase everything. Lighters batteries saleperson of the year if you ask me management material.
