Great membership and good service and people
Bought some pre-rolls from here and was unable to smoke them due to the joints being very poor quality. Upon calling the store trying to get an exchange or refund they told me I would have to call the supplier directly which is very inconvenient. Then I left a review and they told me to contact them when I did the gave me the same answer again. I would not recommend anyone go to the store and buy anything because you never know what you're going to get when you open up your package and you will be unable to exchange or refun... read more
Came here to get weed and right when I pulled in this tall male employee shut and locked the door and I asked are you closed and he said no I have to eat and locked the door and ignored me as I said I drove 30 minutes… it would of taken 5 minutes to serve me if that and you could of kept the closed sign on the door as you knew I drove thirty minutes out of town. Bad customer service.
Best customer service around! There is 3 employees that are the best this store has had! But definitely really miss Tracy the old manager!
