This company, as a whole, is getting weird. Shopping under this brand for some time, in addition to my negative experience (I reviewed) in Calgary in May... im growing displeased with how the staff express gratitude to customers. I've done retail for nearly 2 decades. The shit I would get in if I failed to greet customers before they could finish entering the store, or at least say hello when walking by. Product is a bit more expensive at this location, and staff are ALOT more rude. I’d recommend going to any other spot. Edit: what does being ID’d have to do with terrible customer service? I would expect nothing less walking into an 18+ shop, that’s not the issue whatsoever.
