We have been ordering tea from Canmore tea company for more than 10 years. When I was passing though I stoped by to pick up a tea cup with an infuser. Have bought a couple of these tea cups from them with no issue First time using the new tea cup it cracked while pouring hot water in it. Was a $50 dollar cup. Sent pictures and talked to Ray for a replacement and was ghosted. Pictures very clearly show that it was not dropped. Will not buy tea or anything else from this company. I was visiting family in Calgary on the weekend and we took a trip to Canmore. Very pretty and reminded me of Banff. Stopped in the tea store looking for a tea pot spout drip catcher/protector. We looked around and I then asked the older guy behind the counter. He was very rude and really could care less. He looked at me like I was stupid and told me to go to a hardware store and get a piece of hose and put it on the end. We visited yesterday on a friend’s recommendation, and I must say—it’s a must-visit for tea and coffee lovers. I absolutely loved every single detail of this store. Have visited half a dozen times the last year. Most recent in October and last Thursday the 15th. October I purchased a night light. The man working could not have cared less about my business. Left a bad taste in my mouth but despite this I went back a week ago. We walked in and the girl behind the counter was staring at her phone didn’t even look up the entire time we were in the store so we left. Never coming here again
Great place. I think the tea selection is diminishing slightly in favor of tea paraphernalia.......but it's nice paraphernalia
