What a sham. Will never use again. Ordered covers and cushions before Xmas, was told by Mat will try to get out before Xmas.. .no. so I've had to ring in new year, was told be sorted next week. Since then I've had to ring to pay, Mat never available. Leave message asking him to ring . Still no call back. Disgusting. Seems like the girls who answer the phone can't do anything other than answer calls

I am very pleased with our new chair/sofa covers, despite a lot of problems with receiving the covers due to postal strikes and one package getting lost in transit. This meant it took a lot longer than the promised timescales but Matt always got back to me and we did receive the covers as expected in due course. They have transformed our conservatory and made it a pleasant place to sit again. Thank you Cane Direct.
