I have been a customer of Winnie(who is amazing) for years now and recently experienced terrible service. Winnie was away so I was seen by Kathy. My appointment was at 2:30 and was not taken until 3 because the prior client was extremely late. This caused my appointment to be late and rushed. Instead of the usual hour she only took 40 minutes so of course my lashes looked nothing like Winnie’s work. 4 days later they already started to fall off and left gaps.
