Poor service , the linen was smelling smoke yet I don’t smoke must not have been changed . The lady that did my massage did not understand what she was doing and she just jumped Iin the job . Said she doesn’t know English , and now she did job poorly . Improve customer experience atleast by listening and creating good ambience . Thank you
