I recently made my first 2 orders from Candy Corals and my experience has been absolutely excellent front to back. Every part of my experience gave me confidence: responsive and knowledgeable staff who sent me videos to show fish feeding, clear info about how fish are kept at CC, medicated and shipped, seamless purchase through the website with email and text updates, very fast shipping and gorgeous, healthy fish on arrival!
I have now placed two online orders with Candy Corals and have been very impressed. I live in the maritimes and the first order was placed during the winter in a snowstorm, yet they still found a way to get me my order on time and alive. All corals and inverts have arrived healthy. Also, if you pay attention to their deals, they have tremendous value in their selection. I have loved doing business with this company.
Went there yesterday to get a few things for our new tank. Shop is clean and all the tanks are beautiful. The person who helped us was knowledgeable, kind and gave us great advice. We didn’t feel like we were being upsold on anything, but he still made sure we had everything we needed. Overall great experience and we will be return customers for years to come
