Chanel is top tier. Probably the sweetest person in the dells. The kind heart, sweet smile, great place to be. I highly suggest getting your candy and chocolate on here and meet Chanel. Yall are lucky to have her.
I had such a great experience at Candy Connections! The store was very clean, bright, and beautifully organized, making it so much fun to look around. If you have a sweet tooth, this is definitely the place to visit they have an amazing variety of candy and treats. The lady who helped me was so kind and even took pictures of me, which made my visit even more special. It was one of the highlights of my vacation, and I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Wisconsin Dells! 🍭🍬💕
I visited Candy Connections last night, and I truly recommend this store! The customer service was exceptional. I was shopping with my autistic son, and the sales representative treated us with so much patience, kindness, and understanding. She never became impatient, even when my son needed a little extra time. It was close to closing time, but she never rushed us. THE OLDER LADY IS QUITE RUDE !! Also probably the worst fudge I’ve ever had. Basically frosting wrapped in plastic. Old lady in front seems to have made really bad impressions enough for so many awful reviews. Me included. Don’t go here. Not worth it.
Feels authentic in the candy shop great selection of the choice. I don't see why people complaining all sensitive just walk away instead of looking for problem I've seen worse. Although didn't seen any bad experiences in the store.
