Has absolutely everything, well organised shop.Â
Wonderfully wide range of products and prices seem to be better priced than many other stockists. Really appreciate being able to get Valrhona chocolate in a 3kg bag as they are few and far between in Australia. Decided to do click and collect due to the warmer weather and didn’t want to risk my chocolate melting in transit, and they were absolutely perfect (fresh stock, great quality). Just wished I wasn’t so far from the warehouse in Peakhurst though 🥲Â
I ordered Callebaut chocolates online and I was able to go pick them up the same day. Great customer service very easy to locate building.Â
Quality customer service,,,,even after I pulled a Karen on them with attitude, because I got confused. I was emailed to warn me of a heat wave and whether I needed my order urgently, or whether I'd prefer waiting.....great options given to me. But I got it wrong and thought my order was being held for other reasons. Great succinct customer service helped clarify the misunderstanding in less than a minute. I'm so sorry for my rudeness.Â
