Paid money for chocolate, did not recieve chocolate and their response was so sorry, not our problem. Advise anyone in the market for chocolate to shop elsewhere as this company will not honour their customer care obligations. Currently pursuing options under fair trading....but this is very much a ' buyer beware ' organisation.Â
Great selection and prices! All the party supplies are well made and super cute! Edit: I'm changing my review because they have closed down and only accept online orders. Except, that they've taken my money and I cannot get in touch with them for my order I have not been able to pick up. It has quite literally been almost a month. Please reorganize your systems.Â

Wonderfully wide range of products and prices seem to be better priced than many other stockists. Really appreciate being able to get Valrhona chocolate in a 3kg bag as they are few and far between in Australia. Decided to do click and collect due to the warmer weather and didn’t want to risk my chocolate melting in transit, and they were absolutely perfect (fresh stock, great quality). Just wished I wasn’t so far from the warehouse in Peakhurst though 🥲Â
I ordered Callebaut chocolates online and I was able to go pick them up the same day. Great customer service very easy to locate building.Â
