*update: Angie went out of her way to take of me and make sure that I was happy and everything was dealt with.**** Used to love this credit Union until recently. They made a new app and after calling dozens of times, I still never got help setting up a new acc for the app. I never know how much money I have because I can’t view it and their office number goes straight to the call center now
Used to loved this credit union when it was Cando. Now you are limited to the use of 1 ATM in Walbridge, or IMPACT charges you a fee. Unless you drive to Clyde, Lima, etc to use one of their ATMS. They charge fees to move money from Savings to cover Checking transactions.
Always happy with their services. Much better than a bank!!!
