Absurd pricing – The physical plant and atmosphere of Candelight are lovely, and staffers Sixto and Al (and the now-retired Hector) are absolutely wonderful people, and I've been a patron for several years. DO NOT BUY AT THIS PLACE. THEY OVERCHARGE (about 10 to 20 dollars more) AND ARE RUDE. – I went to buy a simple bottle of liquor there and being innocent about this store I didn't realize how much they overcharge for what they sell. There is a difference of 10 to 20 dollars on everything on their shelves. If you walk two blocks you will find a cheaper store (86th btw. Broadway and Amsterdam).
