Online ordered. No emails ever letting me know there is an issue with my order. Emailed 3 times to check status of order, was told when order was expected to ship. Latest response to my email offered a different product or refund?? Are they selling product they do not have? Emailed again, waiting for response to see if my order will ever be sent?
