I moved to another state and I still order stuff from there I love it
Walked in with my grandson, the salesperson didn't speak, I had to say hello first. She didn't ask if I needed help. Mind you, we were the only ones in the shop. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. ITS SAD! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??
I actually loved buying air freshners but the prices are super high now
I'm not sure why I continue to shop here. Maybe because family members like their candles. I never feel welcome here and I've noticed how others get asked if they need help or if they found everything ok. Each time I go I get "is that it". Guess going once a year isn't too bad. It just sucks that it's the same customer service!
Best candles EVER! I moved from College Station area to Tulsa Oklahoma, and still order these candles, at least once a month and have them shipped to Oklahoma
