I purchased a few of the NKD Cowboy wax melts at a gas station near College Station. I'm a Scentsy girl, loyal to the Scentsy brand, but also buy local when I come across. I like to see how it compares to Scentsy too. This brand/scent is GREAT. It lasts a long time and covers a good square ft. I bought them for my bedroom and can smell it even in other rooms. I moved to another state and I still order stuff from there I love it
Walked in with my grandson, the salesperson didn't speak, I had to say hello first. She didn't ask if I needed help. Mind you, we were the only ones in the shop. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. ITS SAD! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??
I actually loved buying air freshners but the prices are super high now
I'm not sure why I continue to shop here. Maybe because family members like their candles. I never feel welcome here and I've noticed how others get asked if they need help or if they found everything ok. Each time I go I get "is that it". Guess going once a year isn't too bad. It just sucks that it's the same customer service!
