My sister recommended Candice after I had a panic attack at work. I didn’t want to talk to anyone, but I figured I’d give therapy a try. I showed up late, and didn't know from where to start. She guided me through, and every session I felt more and more hopeful and better even from the start after our first session! I love her kindness and sense of humor. I walked in thinking this was going to be like the last two therapists. Surface-level discussions. I sit, I talk, they nod, I leave. But Candice was completely different. She actually remembered what I said from week to week. She asked follow-up questions that made me think.
