I took out a small loan using my shares as collateral to expedite the process without a credit check , since it was a loan using my own money as security. Thay always check my credit history with the credit bureau negatively impacting my score. I do not recommend doing business with Candelcoop. Horrible service!!
Worse but I mean worse customer service ever . # 1 in worse customer service.. To get any info or service with them you have to prepare yourself to keep trying to actually speak with someone atleast 3 hours before you do so . When they answer the phone without having the courtesy of saying please hold they automatically put you on hold and your on hold for 15 to 30 minutes and then they disgorge call .
