I had a good experience today with dial a ride...needed a change and they were able to accommodate...thanks so much!
The service itself works and will get you to where you need to go, but the current drivers they have are rude, unprofessional and have no business working with the public in any way, shape or form. Management is clueless on what it takes to make this service better.
The lady who was driving the bus from canby to Oregon city on Friday October 8th was so unbelievably rude and had no compassion because I didn’t have a dollar for the fare I explained to her that I had forgot to grab change off the dresser before I left the house and that I had a job interview and if I could pay 2$ tomorrow as I rode frequently she wouldn’t stop harassing me about the dam dollar so badly she was that another rider had to give me a dollar to shut her up she was very uncool!
