Sacha was great, I felt instantly comfortable with him and he knew how to fix me. Though it was painful, I enjoyed my massage in the sun and will be back

Suffering with plantar fasciitis for over 12 months, I had tried every option to ease the pain. Limitless calf raises, braces/sleeves, expensive insoles. I was lucky enough to find Sacha, after one treatment of remedial massage along with cupping, the pain was gone and has not returned. I only wish I had found Canberra Sports and Remedial Massage a year ago!
