From their website i got No phone assistance and a full message bank from their 0411 number. Was sms'd back saying its only a sms service, VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL. So no help to call if i buy a bike. I will go elsewhere as this seems DODGY. What shop doesnt have a phone line these days, makes me wonder.
