The service is abysmal and between the several people I dealt with to service my bike, one out of four was helpful and actually decent at service. I wouldn't recommend this shop when there are several nearby at which I've not had a bad experience and also work with electric bikes.

Can't recommend this enough. Had a problem with a frayed wire on my ebike that no other repair store wanted to touch with a ten-foot pole because of the brand. Tiago at CEB couldn't have done a better job repairing it. You would have thought it was a whole different bike! I got it back immaculately clean and it ran perfectly, it probably hasn't looked like this since I bought it.
Service department was great! I had a problem with my 12 year old Yuba Mundo and they found spare parts for it. Very happy :)
Very good experience. Thiago is extremely personable and shows you all the possible bikes within your budget.
