I purchased one of their 12V 20amp Model LC20-12 chargers in April 2024, used it sparingly and then had a problem with it, submitted an explanation to customer service who advised me to make a warranty claim which I did. 6 weeks have passed, I've reminded customer service twice that I haven't had any reply from their warranty department and still nothing.
