Disappointing Ordering Process. Despite the website claiming same day shipping it took them 5 business days to ship a cable. I placed the order on a Saturday hoping the order would ship on Monday. Through a chat with an online rep I was told that due to Canada Day Holiday orders would not be shipped until Wednesday July 2. She assured me the item was in stock and I should leave a comment requesting expedited shipping. WARNING - DO NOT BUY - I spent $2300 on 2 batteries as trolling motor batteries and after only 3 session using them over a period of 2 years they are 100% USELESS - ie zero power output even though their app says they are 100% fully charged. Their warranty is also useless - they won't even respond. If you buy, good luck - I will be filing a small claims law suit against them as they are so expensive and a total Scam!
