Not only excellent batteries, I use the lead carbon, but also a perfect support. Always available, friendly and knowledgeable. Will buy my battery upgrade from these guys for sure.
Terrible customer service. I bought a 40Ah 12V LIFEPO4 cell from CANBAT this past December, and recently started attempting to use it after completing the circuitry it is supposed to drive. Lo and behold, the cell will not discharge under any circumstances, and the BMS reports a short circuit and drops the cell voltage to 0 - even with known-good loads tested with a 12V power supply. I was getting a bit lost in the ordering process on the website. "Feriel" was particularly helpful to me, helping me navigate in order to get the best value for my needs.
