Bought a brand new bike for my son on Friday. He had a bent derailleur by Sunday. Brought it in Monday morning and the staff were super helpful and fixed it same day. Excellent customer service!
I used to go to this bike shop every few days when I was about 13 years old. I first found out about it while I was fishing with one of my friends I grew up with. So once we moved to a better place on the river to fish from, we ended up meeting a older gentleman that was also fishing and he had so much fishing gear to catch them it amazed me. Great service experience time after another; helpful and knowledgeable staff with good selection of parts, bikes and accessories.
Dropped by with my E-MTB today. The staff were super helpful, knowledgeable and made the quick adjustment free of charge without appointment (only took 5 minutes). Have been going there for years and they are always extremely helpful willing to go the extra mile to ensure your ride is ready to go! If you need a place you trust with any type of bike this is it!
