Had a back wheel issue and had to get one sent to me they went above and beyond to make sure it was the correct one and the best way to ship it to me. As I'm bike packing in Labrador
Had a issue with the Chain on my bike the guys fixed it on the spot outstanding service very friendly
I bought a bike here. I went back to try and book a yearly inspection, the staff seemed very pained to have to help me do that. I will ship my bike away before I go back in there.
