Excellent customer service at this location! The employees are friendly and welcoming. I live one mile from the main location of CNB. I prefer to do my banking at the Shortsville branch due to the friendliness and efficiency of all of the employees.
Absolutely awful app, go anywhere except this terrible bank. Bank of America 10X better in every way!

Second year my STAR check.is refused by ATM . Now I have to drive back.from Palmyra on Tuesday. I told them this last yesr !!Come on! Figure out why CNB! dam gas isn't cheap!!!! Fix the problem!!
