Horrible Loan Modification Service Their loan staff at headquarters are horrible. They are extremely demeaning and refuse to help existing clients. I have never been so insulted and will never bank with them again. I get more personalized service from giant Bank of America, who shows that they appreciate my loyality.

CNB Friendly staff knoweldgable and good to work with. No complaints of them ever. They are in a great location and have good rates on loans when needed. Great hours as well.
Super local bank! This bank is super convenient for my family but we continue to go there because their services are wonderful & fair as well as their staff is. Their drive through teller service is wonderful to use - especially when you have an infant with you. I highly recommend this bank and this particular branch.
Good bank I love CNB...they are very friendly and help with any questions you may have regarding your banking/investments. They also have a nice program with ATM fees being waived when you have a checking account with them.
Much better than the national chains We recently decided to switch from one of the national chain banks to Canandaigua National Bank,and we are VERY glad we did. They provide great, personal service. They have branches conveniently located all around Rochester, although we do most of our banking online (just make deposits at the branches). I wish I would have switched YEARS ago.
Fine bank This bank is nice. It is a small town bank so it is very personal. They have a lot of ATMs so it is easy to find one for free and not get charged. We like this bank.
