Efficiency
I come to this location because it is the closest one to me and it's also on the bus route. The staff are friendly, and the bank is always clean. There is an ample amount of parking and is very wheelchair friendly. Sadly, when I come here, I tend to have a lot of mistakes and errors on their end when it comes down to doing my banking. When I am unable to come, they tend to give my partner a hard time or treat him like he doesn't know what he is doing.
Everyone is always super helpful at this location. Today I was frustrated with the customer service line so I just called the branch directly. Aubrey was very helpful. I think she could tell I was frustrated, but she gave me the direct number for what I needed and I was able to resolve the issue quicker with her.
