I have been banking at Canandaigua national for over 30 years. I have been through many different branch managers, who have all been excellent. The current branch manager, Amity Decker, goes above and beyond all expectations. From her professionalism, her willingness to help in all situations, competence, to her friendliness, she is the best banker I have encountered.
I needed a bank close by because I didn't have a car. I can walk there (1 mile) from home and transfer cash to another bank to use my checks. They are friendly and are quick to get your business done. If I have a question they are direct and don't try to sell you any other products. Nice place, nice people, good business. Parking is small, but there is a spot on the side and more on the rear, a few stairs into the place. Next door is a star bucks and they have parking. I am glad I put my money there.
