Very disappointing experience. I arrived for a delivery and found another driver blocking the way. I politely asked him to move to a safer location so traffic could continue, but he refused and said he was doing a pre-trip inspection. Instead of moving to a safe area, he argued and told me to go around. I even honked to get his attention and asked again if he could move and complete his inspection in a safer spot, but he simply closed his window and ignored the situation.
