Amaris was very helpful and made the whole experience smooth
My mother was ripped off because she was told one price. Then got home with furniture months later with a different sales person now its a different price. She received 4 pieces of furniture, the sales price was 1,700.00 she has paid 2,500.00. Her understanding was once its paid in full she was done, but now they are asking for 6,000.00 and playing the blame game within the company. It's ridiculous, and disgusting how they are scamming elderly people.
Amaris was incredibly friendly and helpful. Canales has an option where they can send you a payment link, which was really convenient as I had just started furniture shopping. It was so easy to just have Amaris send a payment link and finish that up on my own, as I'm just moving in. I'm incredibly grateful for her help! The delivery folks were super efficient in setting up a delivery. Jesus came right on time and had my chair set up within about 2 minutes. They made everything super easy.
