Awful experience with this place, My grandma deserved better, going to visit her and no one around just a girl sat in the window doing her make up couldn't give us a explanation to where my grandmas ear aids had gone they cost thousands of pounds, and she just stood and stared and tried to argue with us while my grandma was a sleep, this was the only way my grandma could communicate with us, woman in the hall crying for help no one helped her, so many belonging gone missing.
