New online submission process is completely broken. I called for help, and they said they know it is broken, had no timeframe of when it would be fixed, and told me to just try again in the future. For whatever reason, they kept trying to talk down to me for asking them to repeat stuff because they mumbled on the phone. Least professional government agency in Canal Fulton.
This department is an absolute joke. They lost my tax information! I am not sure what is going on here, but this is far from professional.
