My experience with Dr Nan is exceptional, since he is a great doctor, he is focusing on the details and making the specific plans for his every patient and also help to following up and monitoring how things go, he is kind, professional and willing to help!
This clinic only takes phone reservations, so I phoned to book an initial appointment, so it should have been very obvious that I don’t speak Chinese at all but they booked me with someone who speaks zero English. ( head massage) The treatment was very uncomfortable due to language barrier. 在胡医生这里治疗很多次了。 每次胡医生都很耐心的咨询症状， 开的药非常有效果。第一次是胃吃撑了， 反酸胀气。 吃了几幅药就很大改善。 25 年圣诞之前吃了太多榴莲上了很大火， 嗓子说不出话， 第一幅药 吃了以后立即就可以说出话了。 针灸艾灸的时候 胡医生也很仔细。 各个地方都很有心的扎到。效果都很好
我相信他们的医生一定技术很好 不然不会着急看完一个就立马走开，留给患者一点时间都没有 因为身体不舒服想去看医生 很幸运当天就约到医师 可是我准时到了 医生才看上一个病人，到我的时候也是很开心地招呼下一个病人 药给我开完了就立马走开了。 虽然选择了在店代煎 但是都应该先问下客人药的费用是否接受 要不要代煎 在收费吧？？算完钱直接就问怎么付款… 没有错但是感觉很不好 问了下吃药是否有忌口 前台答复我是：这个你应该刚刚就问医生 我不是医生。 我？你给我开完药就走了 我没有机会问啊！ 然后才说哦那你加微信我们问完告诉你。 第二天来拿药 也是给了就没下文了，也不告诉怎么吃 还得再微信问。 问了怎么喝 说打开就可以，那一天喝几袋？要不要热？ 我们更不是专业的 这类问题应该你们都听到更多 希望可以回复的完全一点 其实都不算大事情 只是体感真的不好，都是想要获得医生的帮助 但最后只会让人想换一家看看。 后续很感谢他们的主管Taylor有给我打电话沟通致歉，希望可以更好的培训团队提高你们的服务
