One of the worst banks ever I wish CWB comes back

Dealt with Tracy Colby, the worst person to deal with, she is extremely rude to her customers, you may find good people there and strongly recommend to avoid Tracy.
It's the BEST bank (CWB) I've ever used & I've used at least 5 & 2 Credit Unions. They (CWB) treat me like royalty every time I'm in there or on the phone. Michelle is fantastic & fixes everything! I'd recommend the CWB anytime.
