Account managers since they have been bought out are never around. Been promised a call back a few times already, and never get one. If this is the new environment under the merger, after almost 2 decades might be time to find a new financial institution.
Had an account there in Leduc for a short time. I just found the vibe there creepy. Had a run in with the staff thinking I was laundering money for the cartels. They though they were in an episode of CSI...no surprise they shut the doors...
It's the BEST bank I've ever used & I've used at least 5 & 2 Credit Unions. They treat me like royalty every time I'm in there or on the phone. Michelle is fantastic & fixes everything! I'd recommend the CWB anytime.
Best bank by far. One time, I got a call to let me know that a payment was being processed that would put me into an NSF situation and would I like to make a deposit before it gets processed. This is my kind of bank.
