It's the BEST bank (CWB) I've ever used & I've used at least 5 & 2 Credit Unions. They (CWB) treat me like royalty every time I'm in there or on the phone. Michelle is fantastic & fixes everything! I'd recommend the CWB anytime.

This Bank is a joke. Can’t even certify a cheque
I had the opportunity to bank at this location for the first time as it is now a National Bank. Really impressed with the amount of staff and how quickly they helped me. It felt like banking used to, with an actual location you can work with the staff 1 on 1 and speak to someone who wants to help. Hope to see you soon.
My experience with NB was that it was incompetent because call centre staff, including supervisors are not trained to a high standard. They can't make basic decisions and when they provide information it is not accurate/correct. Hopeless, worst bank. The phone information sounds amateurship because they talk in 90s language like using the word solution constantly.
