Very bad customer service. Waited there for 45 minutes. Nobody is willing to take one simple deposit. One CSR in front and she is busy on call.

Irresponsible administrator angela, when being renewed without cause GIC questioned this, the administrator would only pass the buck and not give a reasonable explanation or solution. After that we communicated with the head office and got a solution but never got any communication from the branch. Really don't understand why such staff are managers. The solution she offered was initially that it could not be withdrawn only continue to be deposited for another 12 months, and only after I complained like the company did I get... read more
