Since the National Banque du Quebec absorbed the Canadian Western Bank, there have been many changes ... for the worse, I'm afraid. #1 the branch will NOT answer their phone, and #2 the online version of bank account is far from accurate, and, of course, I cannot speak to anyone in the branch about this. And I telephoned the head office in Quebec and the phone was answered in Francais. And when I asked if she spoke English ... she did so but broken English ... but I could NOT understand her.
