As a previous National Bank customer, I stopped by this branch after noticing the new NBC signs. Curious about the changes, I walked in to check things out and see if I could now use all NBC transaction services here. There was an employee who seemed to be a supervisor or manager. I explained why I stopped by, expecting some engagement or at least basic customer service. Instead, all he said was “ya.” That was it.
