Limited hours, staff are friendly enough, I hated the reduced staff and super limited covid hours for a year plus, I am not forgiving them. I am switching banks.
Definitely need more accessible hours. If you need to handle your banking needs outside the hours of 9 to 4 you're out of luck with this bank.
