Do not use. Totally unacceptable I have (had) over 130K in GICs and once i asked to have them moved to another institution it has been 3 months of nothing. Repeated calls by us our other bank and just blabber. Lost 3 months of interest, lost faith in this place ... I am going to file a complaint and go to Ombudsman. Run away as fast as you can. Terrible bank and terrible branch Went to take out $3000 from my account and 21 questions I explained I was told previously 3 days before they can do up to $4000 at a time was treated like a liar . Don’t bank here Pulling my money out and banking somewhere else purposely make it impossible to access your OWN money . 🗑️
Despite having a pointless bank appointment, they say they can't open accounts for two people, even though I gave them the address. They are really rude and are making fun of us. All the employees here need to be replaced. They say it takes 2 hours to open a simple bank account; they don't know anything.
