They've decided that clients can use the Lethbridge branch or another one for their accounts. CWB is based in Edmonton and is a western bank, yet they're closing the Medicine Hat branch and keeping three open in Ontario. Your response to my review has the same information as the form letter I received from the SVP.

Best customer service of any bank in Medicine Hat! Gives you that personal touch that other banks have been missing and they have been on top of things during the Pandemic.
