I have had only good experiences with each of the branches I have dealt with. They are very approachable and genuinely personal. Its a smaller bank of course, it is sadly one of the first to implement all the extra regarding digital which I am not a fan of but this is to protect the consumer ( mostly :') ) I do appreciate each person I have dealt with and that is on multiple levels of banking. I had to do some banking here and had a fair bit of anxiety (not my regular bank). I had to take care of some transactions and didn't really know what to do. Luckily I was able to speak w/ *Morgan* who was exceptionally patient, professional, and friendly! She not only very quickly helped me figure out what I was trying to do (it was not nearly as complicated as I thought), she also was a huge source of information for me in regards to next steps, tips, and lingo that I should use. Had a banking issue this afternoon and called into the branch and spoke with Erin . She was very pleasant on the phone , had great customer service skills and when I went into the bank , she took care of me and gave me great service ! Thanks Erin :) Much appreciated
