Sick that they took away the other one!!!! They shouldn't be allowd to silence the truth!!!!! No one should ever have anything to do with this Bank!!!!! They have caused me extra excruciating pain since December and it's almost July now :( :(:( They are now holding my rrsps that I worked hard for hostage. It was bad enough that they took over the old bank, which was a good bank. This is not a review directly about the staff at this location, it’s in Reference to the banking institute itself. This is hands down the worst bank to work with. We were orginally with western bank and loved it, it then merged with national bank and everything about it was terrible. You can no longer receive auto deposit and with a company that handles a fair amount of monthly transfer it became incredibly tough to deal with. I have had only good experiences with each of the branches I have dealt with. They are very approachable and genuinely personal. Its a smaller bank of course, it is sadly one of the first to implement all the extra regarding digital which I am not a fan of but this is to protect the consumer ( mostly :') ) I do appreciate each person I have dealt with and that is on multiple levels of banking. I had to do some banking here and had a fair bit of anxiety (not my regular bank). I had to take care of some transactions and didn't really know what to do. Luckily I was able to speak w/ *Morgan* who was exceptionally patient, professional, and friendly! She not only very quickly helped me figure out what I was trying to do (it was not nearly as complicated as I thought), she also was a huge source of information for me in regards to next steps, tips, and lingo that I should use.
