We’ve banked with CWB since they opened their second location on Kenaston, both personal and business banking. We could not be happier. The customer service is excellent and unlike some big banks, we don’t have to select a dozen prompts to reach a person on the phone.
If I could give 0 starts I would. No staff was welcoming, and all gave snobby looks. The tiny Asian lady can’t even speak proper English, and was giving ignorant remarks. I believe it has to do with race.. would not recommend this bank. Stay far away from those racists, if you’re white or Asian you’ll be fine :)!
Canadian Western Bank has done a fantastic job with my law firm trust accounts and business bank accounts. For any small business owners who are tired to being just a number in a long line, come over the CWB. I never have to wait in line, and a human being answers the phone on the first ring every time. They know all of their clients by name. Thank you to everyone at the branch for always giving us such excellent personalized services!
