Terrible service. Highly recommend never dealing with this bank.
I was genuinely impressed by the service and support I received at the new National Bank location in down town Regina. I know National Bank is known for rather poor service, and I’ve had loads of issues with their phone support, but from now on I’m just going in to see them at this location. I have had to go in twice for bank drafts and I was in and out in less than 10minutes both times which was rather shocking but it happened
I went there to ask them to print out my interest rate statement, and they told me I had to check with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or I'd have to wait 5 to 10 business days, which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, at other banks, my friend got it in just 5 minutes. I don't understand how they're still in business. Stay away from there if you don't want trouble.
