It all depends which branch you deal with. Sherwood Park branch was excellent but others have a ways to go.
I've been with them for more than a decade & they have always been good for the most part. The only reason that it's not a 5 star review is because they won't let you set your own withdrawal limits, they set them for you & refuse to allow you to permanently increase them.
So far have had no issues and very friendly staff and helpful been with this bank and location since August
Automatic debit comes out at 2 o'clock on the morning of the 15th your paycheque goes in 3 o'clock at the 15th and $200 worth of bounce charges later you are got a report at the credit bureau Go to a bank that is smart enough to figure this out
Sherwood park branch is great and I would recommend them, they are definitely on the ball but Red Deer not so good. Hate to give a bad review but this was a major screwup. I had a time sensitive reverse transfer, the Red Deer WB bank manager spoke with me and told would get back but completely disregarded it without apology, making it out that I was the one in the wrong as she was “In meetings” I ended up having to phone the Sherwood bank to get service.
