I have been very happy with this bank. Love that its approachable, the staff are excellent - all of them. Happy to recommend. Sadly a slightly lower rate than I would like on money in high interest but, honestly, they are great. The digital shift could have been smoother as well, but in fairness, its new for the staff as well as the clients. I am happy with my experience as I have had to learn some of it thru some coaching on the digital, but that also has been genuine and effective. I do have positive experiences.
