A lovely newer branch with knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially the financial people! A shout out to our advisor Nancy who is never too busy to take our phone calls or meet with us in her office. She has greatly helped us invest and transfer funds here from a larger bank while earning higher rates at CWB. More peace of mind for us now! Thankyou

Is there a zero stars option? Because this bank doesn’t deserve to be given even a fraction of a star! They refuse to allow access to deposited funds without providing any reason or even an explanation for doing so. Everytime you call their customer service lines you are completely sluffed off as if ur concerns mean less than nothing to them and that’s if you are ever able to even speak to someone.
