Absolutely do not use this bank, it's a terrible bank, and no one at their service wants to help you.
This used to be an amazing bank with very good customer service, been at this bank for over 20 years. Now? I'd give it a zero. Taken over by National Bank, at the whim of the corrupt Canadian government that has shut down Canadian's bank accounts for buying a T-shirt , I feel treated like a criminal, service is also nonexisting with the exception of the great tellers. Very poor customer service bother when going to the office building and also when trying to get a hold of people working there on the phone. Response time to messages left lately has been terrible as well. Updated from 2 stars to 1: Went in again and again received poor and useless customer service; the person I spoke to seemed to think I want to come back repeatedly for something that could be taken care of in a few minutes and in one visit.
A lovely newer branch with knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially the financial people! A shout out to our advisor Nancy who is never too busy to take our phone calls or meet with us in her office. She has greatly helped us invest and transfer funds here from a larger bank while earning higher rates at CWB. More peace of mind for us now! Thankyou
