Very happy to have a National Bank branch nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll just say that I think they could do with a better interior upgrade with the rebrand. It feels a little dated and half completed since they took over from the previous bank. Feels weird to have the bank teller working off a laptop plugged into an external monitor. Small signage inside. It's minor feedback, but I think it makes a difference in feeling professional in there.
