I called the 10303 Jasper Ave branch main phone number and got a voice mail to leave message and they'll get back to me within one business day. This is horrible customer service. When I'm calling the branch I want to speak with someone today, not next day or whenever they get around to calling me back. It feels like customers calling in are dealt with whenever they get around to it.
After 20 plus years with CWB [I like the staff at the Langley, BC branch], I'm upset with the bank itself since they went with this new fangled "Digital Banking". I've had nothing but problems with it .... I spent the last week attempting to get into my account. I was unable to attend in person [disabled], but my wife did in my stead ... finding - that much of my money was in "cyber space" [return of cancelled e-transfers] and that my web browser, Mozilla Firefox, was incompatible with their "Digital Banking".
